You certify that you are at least 18 years of age. This platform contains adult themes and is strictly prohibited for minors.

3. Strictly Non-Commercial

KinkSync is a free, volunteer-run community tool. You agree that you will not use this platform to solicit money, goods, or services for sexual acts. Any discussion of rates, booking fees, or commercial exchange is a violation of these terms and will result in an immediate, permanent ban.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

KinkSync is a communication utility, not a safety guarantee. We do not conduct background checks, criminal screenings, or identity verification beyond basic social profile linking. You assume all risks associated with your interactions with other users, both online and offline. KinkSync and its creators are not liable for any injury, damages, or distress arising from meetings or scenes arranged through this tool.

5. User Conduct

You agree to treat all users with respect. Consent is continuous, reversible, and specific. Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or non-consensual behavior will result in account termination.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to KinkSync at our sole discretion, at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
